Where does the cadastral data come from?
Curated municipal shapefiles ingested by our team. Coverage is expanding continuously — contact us to prioritize a municipality.
Can I add my own parcels?
Yes. Any lot you save to a Property Vault becomes searchable inside your own atlas, so your firm's private inventory is always at hand.
Is the atlas an authoritative source?
The atlas is a reference tool for research, not a legal source of truth. Always cross-check with the Register of Deeds for authoritative records.
